Really enjoying the new Alice In Chains album The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here. I was skeptical about new vocalist William DuVall a 2007 years ago, before they released Black Gives Way To Blue (2010) But he really seems to fit in well despite the tragic departure of Layne Staley , I’m glad Jerry is making music again. I liked his solo albums but get the impression he is more at home with a band and collaborating with others.
On another note I see that Sony Have recently re-released the Mad Season album Above which was released 18 years ago featuring Layne Staley, Mike McCready (Pearl Jam) and Barrett Oliver (Screaming Trees)
